Workplace Options Appoints Medin VP of Provider
<p><strong>Raleigh, N.C. — May 1</strong><br />Workplace Options (WPO), a provider of work-life employee benefits in America, announced today that Anne Medin has joined the company as vice president of provider services. </p><p>In this newly created position, Medin will have responsibility for the growth and strategic oversight of WPO's many provider networks.<br /><br />"Anne brings a wealth of knowledge and extensive experience to our organization," President Alan King said. "A large part of Anne's career has been devoted to developing and managing provider networks in the work-life and behavioral health care industries. Her background and proven track record make her the ideal choice for this important position. We are delighted that Anne has joined our team."<br /><br />Medin has more than 15 years of experience in behavioral health care provider network management. </p><p>Before joining WPO, she was product operations manager for Minnesota-based Medica health plans. </p><p>Before that, she was manager of provider relations at Ceridian Lifeworks services, where she led provider development, credentialing, contract implementations, call center service, issue resolution and associated operations. </p><p>Earlier in her career, Medin was with CIGNA Behavioral Health, where she managed their delegated provider program.<br /><br />"I am very excited about joining Workplace Options," Medin said.
