Wilson Learning Announces New Senior VP

Edina, Minn. — Aug. 27
Wilson Learning Corp., part of Wilson Learning Worldwide, a global provider of human performance improvement solutions, has announced that Ed Emde has joined the company as senior vice president.

In this role, his key areas of responsibility will include sales, marketing and the client services operations for Wilson Learning in the Americas.

Emde has 20-plus years of experience working directly with senior-level executives in linking human resources development, organizational development, training and education initiatives to strategic imperatives and business outcomes.

His experience includes executive and management positions with several of the leading training and organizational development companies in the industry, including five years as the president and CEO of Blessing White and seven years with Wilson Learning earlier in his career.

“Ed will be a tremendous asset to Wilson Learning,” said Tom Roth, Wilson Learning Corp. president. “His extensive experience in the industry, along with his proven leadership abilities, will greatly help to strengthen our position in the Americas.”

Emde said he looks forward to working at Wilson.

Emde holds a bachelor’s degree in education and psychology from Concordia University.
