White Paper Details Employment Challenges and HR Outsourcing Solutions for California Employers

<strong>West Hollywood, Calif. &mdash; March 25</strong><br />Responding to continuing employment challenges and changing regulatory compliance, California employers are expected to turn to human resources outsourcing firms in record numbers in 2008. This is according to a new white paper recently released by CPEhr, an HR consulting firm, titled &ldquo;Improving California Business Through HR Outsourcing: 2008 Human Resources Outsourcing Trends in the California Marketplace.&rdquo;<br /><br />The white paper analyzes how rising health insurance costs, illegal immigration reforms and complex employment laws have made California an extremely difficult state in which to be an employer.
