Web 2.0 Business Skills Innovator DTV Announces Key Appointments to Lead Strategy, Content and Sales

Key strategy, content and sales management decisions at business skills video producer Digital Training Videos (DTV) have been made with the appointments of Sean Walsh and James Ralph.<br /> <br />Sean Walsh, managing director, brings more than 20 years of top-flight international broadcasting experience to the day-to-day management lead at DTV.<br /> <br />He has produced and presented a range of network talk-shows, live programs and documentary coverage spanning news, current affairs, financial, business, telecoms, aerospace and sports.<br /> <br />Walsh was deputy editor of current affairs at Anglia Television and deputy news editor at ITN. He has also held senior production positions with leading broadcasters, including BBCTV News; was an anchor and correspondent for the U.S. business channel CNBC; and was producer and presenter of the internal TV programming for the World Economic Forum in Switzerland. <br /> <br />Walsh also runs media and presentation coaching courses for senior management and has worked with international corporates and institutions including Mayer Brown, Inverness Medical Innovations, Eli Lilly and Prudential. <br /> <br />Management and leadership development training specialist, James Ralph takes on the role of Sales Director at DTV. <br /> <br />As a partner at a specialist mindset and behavioral change organization, James was responsible for the development of new business as well as account management.<br /> <br />He brings more than 10 years&rsquo; experience assisting individuals, teams and businesses to improve organization service and profitability through better leadership and communications practice.<br /><br />At DTV, James will be responsible for introducing DTV products to a broad user base spanning corporations, public sector organizations, SMEs and individual customers as well as academic institutions, industry membership bodies and associations. <br /> <br />He will also be in charge of developing DTV&rsquo;s learning and development distributors for the U.K. market.<br /> <br />DTV launches in April 2008 with an initial release of 20 newly produced films under the categories of communication, sales, customer service and teamwork. New content and titles are being uploaded every month.<br />
