Veritude Names Senior VP of Consulting Services

<p><b>Boston &mdash; Jan. 31</b><br />Veritude, a provider of strategic human resources, has promoted Jim McCoy to senior vice president of consulting services. </p><p>Veritude&#39;s consulting services practice provides strategic consulting support to its clients in talent management, organizational development and human resources. <br /><br />In his new role, McCoy expands his responsibility for the strategic vision and day-to-day operations of Veritude&#39;s consulting services team.&nbsp; </p><p>He was instrumental in establishing the consulting services practice for Veritude and under his leadership, Veritude&#39;s consulting services practice has grown into a multimillion dollar business line, supporting clients in the United States, Canada and Europe.<br /><br />McCoy joined Veritude as a sales executive in February 2003 and in that role, he sold Veritude&#39;s first recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) engagements. </p><p>Before joining Veritude, McCoy was a client sales executive at EDS, a global technology services company. He has held management positions at BankBoston, and he was a product and marketing manager in the global payments business at Chase Manhattan Bank. </p><p>A certified treasury professional, McCoy earned a bachelor&#39;s degree in economics and political science from Northwestern University.<br /><br />&quot;Jim&#39;s contributions have helped drive significant growth in our consulting services practice,&quot; said Diane Shelgren, executive vice president of strategy and client development. &quot;His demonstrated commitment to Veritude and our clients continually helps us reach new heights of success.&quot;<br />&nbsp;<br />Veritude is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fidelity Investments.
