Through the use of licensed content, learning professionals often transfer capability from a partner to their in-house resources as an important way to extend and deepen the learning investment. Some even report that effectively implementing licensed courseware is critical to the long-term success of corporate L&D organizations as more and more content is required on demand with ever-increasing expectations around short turnaround time and immediate impact.

Vantage Partners has undertaken a major research initiative designed to better understand how successful firms leverage the adoption and use of licensed training content. The survey is intended for learning and development executives who manage internal and external training resources, specifically within companies that utilize licensed training resources — either in addition to or instead of direct classroom delivery provided by a vendor.

Answers will remain confidential and only will be reported in aggregate across survey responses. Information will not be subject to third-party distribution.

This survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

To complete the survey, go to: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=pkQmv_2bL_2facpvzg7yYAa_2bHw_3d_3d

Survey participants will receive a complimentary copy of the completed study, including data aggregated from all other participating firms.
