Vangent to Accept Learning Leaders Award for Vendor Innovation

Vangent Inc., a provider of results-oriented human capital and talent management solutions, announced that it will accept a Learning Leaders award for Vendor Innovation and showcase a new talent management solution at the Bersin IMPACT Conference on April 22-24 in St. Petersburg, Fla.
Vangent Recognized as Learning Leader
Bersin’s Learning Leaders Program recognizes organizations that have developed and implemented effective employee learning and development solutions, resulting in significant business improvement. Vangent earned the Vendor Innovation in Business Process distinction for a new-hire orientation program developed for a large U.S. financial institution. This blended solution, also the recipient of an ASTD Excellence in Practice award, utilizes a measured mix of e-learning, coaching, job aids and job shadowing.
