Time Warner Cable Wins Prestigious Training Award

<strong>New York</strong><br />Time Warner Cable announced it has been awarded the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) Excellence in Practice Citation for 2007. The award, selected from almost 100 submissions was chosen by a panel of experts in a blind review process.<br /> <br />S:3 Sell, Satisfy, Succeed is Time Warner Cable&rsquo;s master sales training program for Call Center Representatives (CSRs). The S:3 Sales Training Solution is designed to help CSRs develop the skills they need to address service needs and create additional value for customers. S3 has been offered to more than 95 percent of its Call Center Agents, with a target of 100 percent completion set for this year. The program is set up to accommodate the hectic schedules of typical CSRs, using technology and interactive learning tools to accelerate learning and enhance the overall training experience. <br /> <br />Time Warner Cable Chief Marketing Officer Sam Howe said: &ldquo;With three main service lines, available in myriad combinations, it is essential that our representatives know how to best satisfy our customers.
