HCI’s Recruitment Process Management Track

<p><strong>Washington, D.C. &mdash; July 24</strong><br />The Human Capital Institute (HCI), a global professional association and educator in talent management strategies, and The RightThing, an end-to-end provider of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), have announced that The RightThing will sponsor HCI&#39;s Recruitment Process Management education and research track, one of several topics addressed in HCI&#39;s Talent Strategy community of interest, a community HCI considers critical to organizations working to leverage human capital.<br /><br />2007 has become a pivotal year for sourcing and recruiting quality candidates. </p><p>The business world now recognizes the value quality employees bring to organizations and the challenges in finding these employees. </p><p>Judging by the increase in media articles, in both trade and mainstream publications, and the increase in recruitment-specific studies conducted by top-tier analyst firms, recruitment and its strategies have become the current hot topic of the industry.<br /><br />This track will examine a variety of recruitment strategies and how they can be applied to individual organizations. webcasts, white papers, education and other resources provide human capital professionals with important information, trends, and best and next practices in recruitment process management.<br /><br />&quot;HCI&#39;s new track offers human capital professionals insight into recruitment strategies that can help them become more successful in today&#39;s competitive environment,&quot; said Allan Schweyer, HCI president and executive director.</p><p>Terry Terhark, The RightThing president, agreed. </p><p>&quot;When it comes to finding and acquiring the right talent, recruiters and hiring managers face numerous challenges and choices,&quot; he said. &quot;We&#39;re pleased to support HCI&#39;s Recruitment Management Process learning track, which focuses on effective strategies.&quot; </p>
