<p><strong>Findlay, Ohio &mdash; July 18</strong><br />The RightThing Inc., an end-to-end recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) provider, has promoted Jamie Minier to chief operating officer. </p><p>In this new role, Minier will design and manage The RightThing&rsquo;s operational strategy.<br /><br />&ldquo;Jamie is a tremendous asset to this industry, as well as our company,&rdquo; said Terry Terhark, The RightThing president. &ldquo;She is a leader that envisions the future and the direction our company needs to take to reach new pinnacles in our industry. Coming through the ranks, she has firsthand knowledge of what it &lsquo;operationally&rsquo; takes to meet our goals and exceed our client&rsquo;s expectations.&rdquo;<br /><br />Additional responsibilities to Minier&rsquo;s promotion include enhancing the company&rsquo;s portfolio of service offerings, developing relationships with strategic partners and industry analysts and educating the marketplace about the advantages of RPO.<br /><br />Minier also will remain a strategic adviser for large-scale clients, including Kellogg Co., Unisys, Novartis, Siemens, CVS and AstraZeneca, and she will continue to play a significant role in managing all of the company&rsquo;s marketing and communication activities.<br /><br />Before her promotion, Minier had been vice president since 2004, and she played a key role in helping achieve significant growth in each of The RightThing&rsquo;s past three years. </p><p>In more than 11 years in the RPO industry, she has served in many different operational areas, including solutions specialist, college relations, change management, client support, reports and analytics, ATS management and on-site implementation for large-scale clients.<br /><br />Minier is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, a board member of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Alliance and a member of Human Capital Institute, ERE, and other human resource associations. </p><p>She is a regularly featured speaker at industry conferences, seminars and webcasts.<br /><br />Minier holds a bachelor&#39;s degree in international business and a bachelor&#39;s degree in marketing from Bowling Green State University, where she graduated with honors.</p>
