Team Builders Plus Acquires Teambuilding Inc.
<p><strong>Cherry Hill, N.J. — Aug. 14</strong><br />Team Builders Plus, a global training and development firm, doubled its revenues and team-building offerings last week by acquiring Teambuilding Inc. of Chadds Ford, Pa.</p><p>The acquisition turns Team Builders Plus into the largest team-building company in the region. </p><p>“This is a very exciting acquisition for us,” said Jeff Backal, Team Builders Plus president and co-owner. “We already have more than triple the staffing of most other training firms, including several highly experienced trainers and coaches. Team Builders Plus is already the No. 1 all-time distributor of 20/20 Insight GOLD (online survey system from Performance Support Systems Inc. of Newport News, Va.). </p><p>It is also in the top 1 percent of Inscape Publishing’s 6,000 distributors globally (Minneapolis producer of DiSC products and assessment tools) and is a top 10 distributor of Vital Learning products (leadership development programs).
