TalentXpress Launches Applicant Tracking System

<p><strong>Richardson, Texas &mdash; June 27</strong><br />TalentXpress, an e-commerce-based HR software provider, has launched an applicant-tracking technology: TalentXpress Applicant Tracking On Demand. </p><p>This new system, targeted at companies with fewer than 500 employees, is a fully hosted, robust applicant-tracking system with the same technology Fortune 500 companies use.<br /><br />TalentXpress Applicant Tracking On Demand enables small to midsize companies to set up an online branded career center and organize and manage the recruiting process from their desktop and develop reports for OFCCP and EEO compliance. </p><p>In addition, the on-demand solution is hosted using the latest best practices in network security but at a fraction of the cost.<br /><br />&ldquo;The Applicant Tracking On Demand system was developed to fill a growing need with small to midsize companies,&rdquo; Melissa Teague, TalentXpress general manager, said. &ldquo;These companies have the same hiring challenges as larger organizations and need a solution that fits within their budget.
