Overland Park, Kan. — Nov. 15
TalentSecure has recently announced Version 2.0 of its TalentSecure Staffing and Recruiting Software for general availability. The new version contains more powerful features that reflect the latest technology updates and the changing needs of the staffing and recruiting industry.

“It’s essential for staffing and recruiting firms to keep up with the rapid changes in the industry, to keep pace with the demands of both clients and candidates,” said Carol J. Carroll, president of TalentSecure. “Version 2.0 reflects the changes that matter most to competitive firms.”

One of the most prominent updates, according to Carroll, is the addition of a more powerful sales tracking and lead generation tool. Immediate, real-time access to data allows sales teams to make critical decisions quickly and confidently, resulting in greater productivity and improved sales.

In addition, Version 2.0 is built utilizing AJAX technology and the .Net 2.0 framework, increasing the system’s speed and ease of use. The updated e-mail capabilities improve internal communications and reduce the chance that outgoing e-mails will be blocked by junk mail filters. RSS feeds are also available for instant, real-time distribution of critical data to team members, clients and candidates.

The new version of the software integrates seamlessly with other commonly used software systems, including:

• Outlook e-mail
• CareerBuilder.com job boards
• ADP payroll software
• QuickBooks accounting software
• Microsoft Dynamics accounting management software
• Screening Solutions

Like its predecessor, Version 2.0 continues to be the industry’s user-friendly software. It has an intuitive interface, one-click access to critical data and the unique ability to customize the look and feel to each individual user.New users feel comfortable with the TalentSecure software almost immediately with a minimum of training.

According to Carroll, TalentSecure users can expect to remain on the leading edge of the industry as TalentSecure continues to improve its software products.Significant new integration partners and added functionality are planned in the first quarter of 2008.

“The industry and the technology continue to evolve, and we are prepared to evolve with them,” said Carroll. “Our clients understand that when they come to us, they’re not just going to get the best software available today, but the best software available tomorrow, and industry-leading technology far into the future.”
