TalentKeepers to Present on Employee Turnover Trends at Upcoming Retail Marketing Conference

Orlando, Fla. — March 25
TalentKeepers Inc., an employee retention researcher, will present at the 2008 National Association of Retail Marketing Services (NARMS) Conference on April 12-15 in Williamsburg, Va. The presentation topic is “Fight Employee Turnover and Boost Performance: New Retention Strategies that Work.”

The presentation will include new research on employee turnover trends in the retail industry from TalentKeepers’ annual Employee Turnover Trends research study, completed in March.

“From our turnover trends report, we found that the areas most affected by employee turnover in the retail industry are lost productivity, employee morale, lost organizational knowledge, service quality and increased recruiting costs,” commented Craig Taylor, vice president of Client Services for TalentKeepers. “The presentation at the NARMS conference will cover retention strategies that attack these and other issues associated with high levels of turnover.”
