Denver — Jan. 24
Systemation, a practical, results-driven business analysis and project management training and consulting company, announced that Dimension Data Learning Solutions (DDLS) — Australia’s largest learning solutions provider — will license the company’s project management and business analysis training courses and deliver them to the Australian enterprise market. The partnership represents a major milestone in Systemation’s strategic efforts to expand its learning solutions offering into international markets.

Systemation’s licensing agreement with DDLS comes on the heels of a similar agreement made in July 2007 with CJ Learning — a company that is part of the largest training conglomerate in South Korea. Systemation is considering entrees into other foreign markets as well, including India.

“We are very excited about our partnership with DDLS,” stated Ben Snyder, CEO, Systemation. “As the largest learning solutions provider in Australia and with a stellar brand reputation in the marketplace, we are proud that DDLS will be representing our brand ‘down under.’ A major business goal for Systemation is to expand our intellectual capital worldwide, and this is a key step in achieving that objective.”

In summer 2007, DDLS conducted an extensive global search for an established training company with a history of success and a learning philosophy that would mesh well with its own. DDLS ranked each candidate based on a variety of factors, including breadth and scope, alignment with industry standards and the ability to customize course content. DDLS found that Systemation excelled in all these areas, and more.

“Our focus continues to be on skills acquisition and retention through best practice training,” stated Trang Dao, Marketing Manager, DDLS, “and Systemation’s practical, experiential approach caters perfectly to these goals. In fact, there were many things that made Systemation really stand out, like their tight alignment with PMI and IIBA standards and their cradle-to-grave, competency-based offering. But we were especially impressed by their responsiveness and ability to tailor their course offering to the needs of our local market.”

Systemation began training DDLS trainers in November 2007 and will equip DDLS to provide the following Systemation courses to the public beginning Feb. 1:

Fast start in project management

Making projects work

Fast start in business analysis

Survival skills for analysts

Mastering the requirements process

Over time, DDLS will offer Systemation’s complete line of business analysis and project management training programs as part of its overall goal to help local enterprises get the most out of their IT investments.
