SuccessFactors Names Industry Heavyweights as Keynote Presenters for Global Users Conference

San Mateo, Calif.
SuccessFactors Inc., a global provider of in on-demand performance and talent management solutions, announced the roster of keynote presentations for SuccessConnect, the company’s global users conference to be held in San Francisco on June 2-5. The keynote speakers will deliver compelling and insightful presentations on the benefits and results of building high-performing workforces.

This year’s keynote speakers include Professor Robert Sutton, workplace culture guru and best-selling author; Godfrey Sullivan, the former CEO of Hyperion Solutions and extensive executive user of SuccessFactors; and Peter Cappelli, who was recently named by Vault.com as one of the 25 most important people in human capital management. In addition, SuccessFactors’ CEO Lars Dalgaard and Rob Bernshteyn, vice president of product marketing and management, will deliver company keynote sessions.

SuccessConnect combines these spectacular keynotes with high-impact performance and talent management tracks, best-practices sessions, rap with an expert one-on-one meetings and new additions such as a small business track and a preconference advanced admin boot camp. Additionally, nearly 40 customers will offer case-study presentations. The event also includes announcement of the winners of SuccessAwards, a program designed to recognize the best of the best in reaping demonstrated value from SuccessFactors implementations.

Keynotes to Offer Benefits and Results of Building High-Performing Workforces

SuccessFactors has arranged an impressive list of keynotes for conference attendees:

 

  • Robert Sutton: Building a Civilized Workplace. Sutton is a professor of management science and engineering at Stanford University, where he studies innovation, the links between knowledge and organizational action, and the workplace. He’s the author of The No Asshole Rule: Building a Civilized Workplace and Surviving One That Isn’t, along with three other books and more than 150 articles in publications such as Harvard Business Review and The McKinsey Quarterly.
  • Godfrey Sullivan: The Benefits of Executive Usage of Performance & Talent Management. Sullivan is the former president and CEO of Hyperion Solutions, which was acquired by Oracle in 2007 for $3.3 billion. An engaging leader, Sullivan built a culture of winning “the right way.” Hyperion was named one of the Best Places to Work by Fortune and one of the 100 Highest Integrity Companies by Forbes.
  • Peter Cappelli: The Results Achieved by Managing Talent On-Demand. Cappelli is a noted industry expert, serving as professor of management at The University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and director of Wharton School Center for Human Resources. Cappelli will discuss strategies that employers should consider in developing, managing and maximizing talent and share concepts from his upcoming book, Talent on Demand.
