<p><strong>North Miami Beach, Fla. &mdash; Aug. 2</strong><br />AllRetailJobs.com, an online career and recruiting job board that specializes in retail, has released the results regarding the big boost in its candidate traffic.</p><p>The retail job board reported a 70 percent increase versus traffic trends from the first quarter of this year. <br /><br />The dramatic growth is a result of enhanced marketing practices, which include search engine optimization, the investment in thousands of additional targeted keywords on multiple search engines and an expanded paper and Internet advertising campaign.&nbsp; </p><p>In addition, AllRetailJobs.com has participated in prominent trade shows, including The Big Show (hosted by the National Retail Federation). </p><p>The largest traffic increase comes from cross posting jobs to TopUSAJobs.com, the first cost-per-click job board search engine, which markets the jobs to more than 2 million candidates each month.<br /><br />&ldquo;Refining communications are crucial in a competitive industry.&rdquo; said Sharon Castillo, director of marketing. &ldquo;Marketing with a purpose equals results &mdash; you have to know your target audience and satisfy their needs. Our marketing strategy is to connect experienced retail candidates with top retail employers and recruiters quickly and cost-effectively.&rdquo;</p>
