Sony Ericsson Deploys Eedo’s Learning Content

<p><strong>Nashua, N.H. &mdash; Dec. 3</strong><br />Eedo Knowledgeware announced that Sony Ericsson is using ForceTen, Eedo&rsquo;s learning content management system (LCMS), to develop and disseminate learning content to thousands of employees, customers, call centers and repair centers worldwide. <br /><br />The initiative is part of a corporate objective to improve the quality and timeliness of training material while making it easier for subject-matter experts to develop and repurpose content for various groups. ForceTen also enables users to manage content in 40 different languages.
