<strong>Washington &mdash; Feb. 29</strong><br />The Human Capital Institute (HCI), a global professional association and educator in talent management strategies, and SilkRoad Technology Inc., a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider of talent management solutions designed to help companies maximize employee talent, announced that SilkRoad is sponsoring HCI&#39;s Recruitment Technologies education and research track.<br /><br />Recruitment Techologies is among several topics addressed in HCI&#39;s Talent Acquisition community of interest, a community HCI and its more than 102,000 members consider critical to organizations working to leverage human capital.<br /><br />"Today&#39;s organizations are faced with multiple challenges: discovering the best talent, getting employees up-to-speed, keeping them challenged and maintaining open communications, as well as managing traditional HR tasks such as compensation and benefits," said Allan Schweyer, HCI&#39;s executive director and senior vice president of research.
