Rosewood Hotels & Resorts Selects HRsmart

<p><strong>Richardson, Texas &mdash; Aug. 1o</strong><br />HRsmart, a provider of talent management technology solutions, has been selected by Rosewood Hotels &amp; Resorts to deliver applicant-tracking technology to its more than 15 hotels and resorts around the world.<br /><br />Rosewood Hotels &amp; Resorts began the search for an applicant-tracking provider in early 2007 as part of its strategy to implement a collaborative global talent management system, which was necessitated by the company&rsquo;s growth and future development plans.<br /><br />Rosewood Hotels &amp; Resorts selected HRsmart because of its ability to configure the system to meet the unique needs of the organization in terms of sharing information and technology resources across its global collection of properties. </p><p>Also, because HRsmart provides the full talent management applications suite, Rosewood Hotels &amp; Resorts has the ability to add post-hire modules that seamlessly integrate with one another. &nbsp;<br /><br />&ldquo;HRsmart has the international presence and vision that coincide with our own, and we look forward to enhancing our business with their solutions,&rdquo; said Sheri Line, Rosewood Hotels &amp; Resorts corporate director of human resources. </p><p>Mark Hamdan, HRsmart CEO, agrees.</p><p>&ldquo;HRsmart is very proud to add Rosewood Hotels &amp; Resorts to its group of enterprise clients,&rdquo; he said. &ldquo;We plan to deliver the same combination of technology, service and economics that has made us the company of choice for many hospitality companies such as Wyndham, Omni, Blackwood and LXR.&rdquo;<br /><br />HRsmart&rsquo;s system will help Rosewood Hotels &amp; Resorts become more efficient and effective with tools such as a career site integrating all of their properties, conceptual resume search, offer management, employee referral program management and onboarding. </p><p>In addition to improving efficiencies, the new system will provide important reporting tools that deliver metrics, allowing Rosewood Hotels &amp; Resorts&rsquo; leaders to determine how an individual property&rsquo;s recruiting practices impact the property&rsquo;s performance, and ultimately, the company&rsquo;s bottom line. </p><p>This insight will help management identify and then duplicate best practices across the entire organization, giving Rosewood Hotels &amp; Resorts an edge in hiring the best talent in the competitive hospitality market.</p>
