PreVisor Taps Holmen to Lead Business Develop.

<p><strong>Atlanta &mdash; May 17</strong><br />PreVisor, a provider of employment assessments and selection solutions that connect hiring decisions to business results, has announced that Jeff Holmen will lead overseas efforts as its director of international business development. </p><p>The move provides key support for the company&rsquo;s ongoing growth strategy, which includes major expansion of sales and operations in global markets.<br /><br />Holmen joins PreVisor from Hewitt Associates, where he managed European business development activities for the HR outsourcing business from its Amsterdam, Netherlands office. </p><p>In his new role, Holmen will relocate to PreVisor headquarters in Roswell, Ga. </p><p>He will focus on growing global market share both organically through direct PreVisor sales and support operations, as well as through strategic international acquisitions.<br /><br />&quot;As we continue to pursue an aggressive growth path internationally, Jeff brings us strong skills and relevant experience, which will help expand our global presence,&rdquo; said Mike Russiello, senior vice president of business development. &quot;Throughout his career, Jeff has been successful in building technology and HR service businesses internationally, and we look forward to significantly increasing our market share in key geographic areas.&quot;<br /><br />PreVisor&rsquo;s first priority under Holmen&rsquo;s leadership will be to open a sales and support office in the United Kingdom to serve clients throughout Europe. </p><p>The firm already has laid the groundwork for a stronger European presence through the established market recognition of its Qwiz, ePredix , Brainbench and PDRI brands, companies that comprise the PreVisor family.<br /><br />&ldquo;Our familiarity with international markets coupled with our broad range of assessment solutions for both hard and soft skills puts us in an excellent position for rapid market expansion,&rdquo; Noel Sitzmann, PreVisor CEO, said. &ldquo;And in a global environment, our commitment to measuring the impact of selection systems on business results will give us a competitive distinction.
