Popularity Widens for Compensation Statements
<p><strong>Rocklin, Calif. — June 6 </strong><br />TotalCompBuilder.com, a Web-based, on-demand total compensation statement software for employers, has registered more than 200 companies, representing more than 200,000 benefit-eligible employees.<br /><br />The news comes just two years after the software’s release and encompasses all of its statement software editions: Agency, Enterprise, Free and Professional.<br /><br />Clients using the software range across all industries, including banking, insurance, heath care, manufacturing, construction, nonprofit, professional services, education and technology. </p><p>The sharp growth reflects a growing trend in compensation package reporting, said Ray O’Donnell, president of TotalRewards Software Inc., which developed the editions.<br /><br />“Employees value their benefits as much as their paycheck, so companies need to share the full worth of a benefits package,” O’Donnell said. “Compensation statements have become a crucial retention tool, as evidenced by our customer growth.”<br /><br />Three premium editions of the compensation software are available: Professional, Agency and Enterprise. </p><p>Using an online wizard, Microsoft Excel template and Word-like HTML editor, print and online statements easily can be produced for employees, showing the full value of their total compensation. </p>
