Toronto — Oct. 31
Pink Elephant announced that organizations planning an ITIL education program for staff can take advantage of prepaid team tickets, redeemable for any public ITIL V3 Foundations course in North America, and save up to $2,500.

Team tickets are available for a limited time and must be purchased by Dec. 19.

“Despite current economic conditions, many of our customers have expressed a need to continue ITIL Foundation level training for their teams, but their budgets have been tightened,” said Pink Elephant President David Ratcliffe.

“With the special team ticket offer, we’re hoping organizations can keep the momentum going on their ITIL implementation projects while benefiting from cost savings.”

  • There are two team ticket packages available:
  • Buy a five-course package and save $1,000 (or $200 off the regular course fee).
  • Buy a 10-course package and save $2,500 (or $250 off the regular course fee).

Each ticket can be applied to one seat in any public ITIL V3 Foundations course in the U.S. or Canada within a 12-month period from the time of purchase. The course is scheduled in 20 cities throughout North America, enabling maximum flexibility in selecting dates and locations.

Team tickets also provide convenience by saving companies time, paperwork and effort. Once a team ticket package is purchased, Pink Elephant handles the bulk of the administration and gives customers an up-to-date status on the number of tickets used.

Another cost-effective option for companies looking for budget-friendly ITIL training solutions is in-house education, where teams learn simultaneously onsite from a Pink expert.
