Personnel Decisions International Hires Nash

<strong>Minneapolis &mdash; Feb. 5</strong><br />Personnel Decisions International (PDI), a global consulting firm specializing in talent management and leadership development, named Mitchell Nash as general manager for San Francisco and promoted Gregg Tanoff to team lead for the Michigan office, which serves the Michigan and Ohio markets.<br /> <br />&ldquo;We are very excited to welcome Mitchell to PDI,&rdquo; said Tommy Daniel, Ph.D., senior vice president of PDI. &ldquo;His professional experience and expertise will continue to position PDI as a global leadership consulting firm.&rdquo; <br /> <br />Nash joins PDI with more than 20 years of experience in the industry and in the Bay Area. Most recently, he has been the regional vice president for Linkage where he managed sales, marketing and the delivery of services for their western region, as well as selling and delivering client work. Prior to Linkage, Nash led sales and business development for two technology start-ups focused on learning and development and Web-based collaboration software. Nash also spent 10 years with Interaction Associates, a management consulting and training company in San Francisco, where he was a partner and head of sales. He has also delivered key-note speeches for clients and at professional associations on numerous leadership and change management topics. <br /><br />On joining PDI, Nash said, &ldquo;I am excited to be joining the San Francisco office at a time where it is experiencing significant growth. The Bay Area is such a dynamic market and I am looking forward to contributing to the outstanding work we are doing for our clients.&rdquo;<br /> <br />Nash graduated with a B.A. in psychology from Queen&rsquo;s College and has an M.A. in counseling psychology as well as additional graduate training in organizational development from New York University. <br /> <br />Since joining PDI in 2002, Tanoff has contributed in significant ways to both client management and business development in the expanded Detroit market. His clients have included DaimlerChrysler, General Motors, Goodyear, Saudi Aramco and many others. His extensive assessment, education, facilitation and organization development background comes from his work with Fortune 500 and Global 1000 organizations across a diverse industry base, including energy, financial services, health care, manufacturing, retail, high-tech, government agencies and institutions of higher education. He specializes in executive/management assessment, education and coaching. Prior to PDI, Tanoff spent 21 years in the Air Force, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. <br /> <br />&ldquo;Gregg is an expert at designing and delivering many of our services and has a real passion for developing leaders.
