Personnel Decisions International Hires Lehman

<strong>Minneapolis &mdash; Oct. 16</strong><br /> Personnel Decisions International (PDI) has announced the hiring of Michael Lehman, Ph.D., as Eastern region director for assessment services. <br /><br />In today&rsquo;s business environment, assessment services are essential in driving human capital strategies and business goals, and PDI&rsquo;s assessment services are a strong growth division for the company as it responds to market demand.<br /><br />&ldquo;Michael&rsquo;s expertise and experience with assessment services are invaluable at a time when the market for assessment products and services continues to grow rapidly,&rdquo; said Dave Heine, Ph.D., PDI executive vice president. &ldquo;Michael is a proven leader with a solid background in assessment and talent solutions. We are excited to welcome Michael to PDI and look forward to his contributions in PDI&rsquo;s Eastern region.&rdquo;<br /><br />Lehman comes to PDI&rsquo;s Atlanta office with a background in assessment and talent solutions, as well as an extensive background in global development projects and large scale selection. <br />Most recently, he was vice president of consulting and practice leader for Right Management&rsquo;s assessment practice in the Southern region.<br /><br />He also worked at Development Dimensions International (DDI) in a variety of roles, including leading DDI&rsquo;s consulting team in the UK. Lehman holds a doctorate in industrial psychology from the University of Akron.
