PeopleFilter Technology Appoints Richard Post

<p><strong>Arlington Heights, Ill. &mdash; May 8</strong><br />PeopleFilter Technology, developers of the PeopleFilter applicant-tracking system (ATS), has announced that Richard Post has joined the company as practice lead for hospitality. <br /><br />Post, an experienced, 12-year talent management solutions and business development veteran, will be responsible for driving the direct sales, business development and marketing efforts for PeopleFilter&rsquo;s hospitality practice.&nbsp; </p><p>In this role, Post will leverage his expertise in HR solutions, experience in technology and professional service sales and exposure to the hospitality industry to focus on and offer recommendations that address the unique hiring demands of this industry.&nbsp; </p><p>Enabling organizations to recruit more efficiently and effectively for high-turning positions across various hire-types and locations, reduce hiring-related risks through process improvement, standardization and automation and enhance compliance in what can often be a manual and sometimes unstructured hiring environment will be key areas of focus as Post helps PeopleFilter intensify its market share in this key growth area.<br /><br />&ldquo;Richard&rsquo;s HR expertise and his ability to forge new relationships will significantly advance our services in the hospitality marketplace,&quot; said PeopleFilter Technology Co-Founder and President Kevin Harrison. &quot;We are delighted to welcome him to PeopleFilter as an integral member of our team.&rdquo;<br /><br />Before joining PeopleFilter, Post held management, account executive and business development positions in several companies, including The Devine Group Inc., Taleo Corp. (formerly Recruitsoft Inc.) and PwC Consulting (now IBM Global Services.)&nbsp;&nbsp; </p><p>In these positions, he held responsibility for new business development and for helping clients leverage their enterprise technology, systems and processes to more effectively manage their human capital resources to improve business performance. <br /><br />Post holds a bachelor&rsquo;s degree in psychology from the University of Iowa.&nbsp; </p>
