Peopleclick Grows as Adoption of Talent Acquisition

<p><strong>Raleigh, N.C. &mdash; Aug. 28</strong><br />Peopleclick Inc., a global talent acquisition solutions provider, has announced continued growth and the close of a record first half with more than $25.4 million in revenue. </p><p>Contributing to this success was the signing of agreements with more than 30 new customers across all the product lines in the second quarter.<br /><br />&ldquo;With the impact of a global labor shortage, companies are quickly recognizing the need for technology to help them recruit and retain the highest quality workforce,” CEO Ron Kupferman said. “Also, the workforce, as an organization&rsquo;s most valuable asset, must have a recognizable return on investment. A solid talent acquisition strategy is the only way to see this return.</p><p>&ldquo;Our success in 2007 and beyond stems not only from our focus on the tools required today to gain a competitive edge in recruiting and retaining people but also from an extensive investment in the next generation of solutions necessary to meet the needs of an ever-evolving business landscape.&rdquo;<br /><br />Throughout the second quarter, Peopleclick leveraged its investment within each core product area to meet its clients&#39; demands. </p><p>The newly unveiled Peopleclick Contact Management automates a previously overlooked and critical component in recruiting that enables proactive, personal communication to build relationships with potential candidates. </p><p>Additionally, Peopleclick&rsquo;s Affirmative Action/EEO division released Peopleclick PayStat 6.0, a compensation analysis tool used to identify issues with pay equity and maintain compliance with regulations, as well as the Peopleclick Higher Education Edition designed to meet the unique compliance needs of colleges and universities. </p><p>Finally, the Peopleclick Vendor Management System was enhanced in the second quarter with features including multi-currency management and an improved user interface.<br /><br />New clients added in the quarter ranged from small and misize businesses to multinational organizations, including several large contracts for Peopleclick High Volume and Vendor Management solutions. </p><p>To support this growth, Peopleclick will be expanding its U.K. headquarters in late 2007.<br /><br />&ldquo;As talent acquisition programs evolve, the industry expects improved insight into their entire workforce to facilitate decision making and forecasting,&rdquo; Kupferman said. &ldquo;In the second half of the year, we will continue to build on our experience and unique ability to offer workforce planning and analytics that provide the foresight needed to manage salaried, hourly and contingent labor.&rdquo;</p>
