PDI, Saba Form Alliance, Announce Saba Edition

<strong>Redwood Shores, Calif. &mdash; Oct. 12</strong><br />Personnel Decisions International (PDI), a global provider human resources consulting, and Saba Software Inc., a people management software and services provider, have formed an alliance to offer PDI&rsquo;s  premier integrated competency architecture on Saba&rsquo;s people management platform, Saba Enterprise.  <br /><br />As a result of this alliance, the companies also announced the availability of Performance Framework, Saba Edition. <br /><br />By integrating PDI competencies into Saba&rsquo;s people management platform, organizations can build custom competency models to facilitate employee development, growth, promotion and retention.<br /><br />&ldquo;Organizations with demanding talent management needs require robust, unified people management technology,&rdquo; said R.J.
