Sunrise, Fla. — July 17
Learn.com, a provider of on-demand workforce development and productivity, has announced that PathFinder Energy Services, a provider of logging-while-drilling products and services and subsidiary of W-H Energy Services, has selected the LearnCenter platform to administer, track and manage vital employee safety training throughout the company.

“We wanted to increase the quality of our training while decreasing the time employees spent away from their job functions," said Mitchell Vest, PathFinder Energy Services global training manager. "Our company is growing very rapidly, and we needed to offer more courses with the same resources in a shorter timeframe to increase the quantity of our training and employee productivity.

"With the LearnCenter platform, we can better administer our training, save time and be more productive. For example, last year, our instructors utilized 212 days grading exams. The LearnCenter platform will enable them to apply some of that time to student feedback to empower our employees to attain higher levels of job knowledge.

"We also wanted to track employee skill gaps and competencies, and this required a solution that our associates would feel comfortable about using and allow them to reach their career development objectives. Our management team is expecting to see a significant increase in our ROI and for the LearnCenter platform to pay for itself within a short period of time.”
