San Diego — Oct. 18
Online recruiting provider Climber.com has launched its newest innovation in career-management tools.

”Evergreen”, a candidate-review system that allows staffing organizations or direct employers to maximize the value of their candidate lead generation processes, is now available to Climber.com member companies.

”Evergreen evolved from the reality of the recruiting process today — where candidates might be intrigued enough to click on an employer's advertisement, but for whatever reason decide not to pursue the job search process further,” CEO Mike O'Brien said. “With Evergreen, those
candidates are no longer lost. Instead, they are contacted via phone by a Climber.com Advocate for a personal career consultation, during which we explain our member company's position further and to determine what type of position might fit best with the Climber's interest.”

Climber.com is no stranger to innovation. Since its launch in April, 2007, its unique approach to recruiting has attracted more than 160,000 members.

Billing itself as the “Like Dating for Jobs” company, Climber.com has developed a high-touch recruiting process that emphasizes consultation and long-term career management techniques.

According to industry ranking site A.C. Nielsen, Climber.com ranked as one of top 10 most visited recruiting sites nationwide in June, the most recent results available.

”We're looking forward to sharing the Climber.com methodology with new companies who might benefit from such a consultative process,” O'Brien said. “We encourage all ERE Expo attendees to stop by our booth and ask us about how Climber.com can help take their recruiting process to the next level.”
