The Web-based hiring management system is designed to help companies meet the Internet compliance requirements of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).<br /><br />OFCCP administers and enforces compliance with equal employment opportunity laws and their corresponding affirmative action requirements for federal contractors and subcontractors. In 2006, the OFCCP passed rulings that define Internet applicants.
