New Jersey Renews, Expands E-Learning Initiative
<strong>West Des Moines, Iowa — Oct. 1</strong><br />GeoLearning Inc., a provider of managed learning services and hosted learning and performance platforms, has announced that multiple government agencies within the state of New Jersey have given GeoLearning the positive nod with a contract renewal for its learning management platform, expansion for more than 30,000 new learners and the development of online custom courseware for its state police.<br /><br />The New Jersey Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness will continue to provide the GeoMaestro LMS platform delivered on-demand to 155,000 state employees to deliver, track and manage emergency and first responder training. <br /><br />This agency has renewed its contract with GeoLearning each year since the contract was originally awarded in August 2004.<br /><br />The New Jersey Department of Personnel also has signed on and will provide the GeoMaestro LMS and e-learning content to an additional 31,000 state employees across multiple agencies. <br />The New Jersey State Police have also contracted with GeoLearning's Professional Services Group to develop custom online courseware for Work Zone Safety training.
