Nancy Frost Joins Lawson-Hawks as Employee Benefits Vice President

<strong>Mountain View, Calif. &mdash; Feb. 27</strong><br />John Miller, chief executive officer of Lawson-Hawks Insurance Associates, announced the recent appointment of Nancy Frost as the vice president of employee benefits for the Mountain View-based insurance intermediary and broker.<br /><br />Addressing Ms. Frost&#39;s appointment, Miller said, "Ms. Frost brings with her to Lawson-Hawks an incredibly impressive work and service background in the employee benefits arena. She has spent over 20 years in virtually all facets of employee benefits consulting, design and plan implementation. She is a consummate professional who not only brings a vast working knowledge of employee benefits coalitions, trusts, Joint Powers Authorities, fully insured and self-insured plan designs and pooled insurance products, but is also possessed of incredible coaching and managing skills. In recent years, Nancy has focused her considerable skills on the health care and technology industries, although her expertise in self-funded plans augmented by stop-loss contracts has broad applicability for virtually any large business seeking to create benefits customization and savings."<br /><br />Ms. Frost will lead a team of client account managers, assistants and dedicated marketing personnel who oversee the day-to-day servicing of her client accounts. While her primary role at Lawson-Hawks is the development of new business, Frost will proactively monitor and assist in fulfilling client-specific requests, open-enrollments, plan and design changes and employee education. According to Frost, of particular interest to many of her current clients are employee wellness programs and initiatives. The implementation of such programs will be a primary goal of Lawson-Hawks and Frost in this year.<br /><br />Of her recent affiliation with Lawson-Hawks, Frost explained her choice as follows: "For as long as I have been in the business, it has been my practice to employ a consultative approach based on discovery of client needs and a tiered delivery of solutions facilitated by teams of professional who have the capability to fulfill expectations on a timely basis.
