Operations Leadership Team Restructured

<p><strong>New York &mdash; July 24&nbsp;</strong><br />Michael C. Fina, a provider of worldwide corporate employee-recognition programs, has expanded its operations leadership team as part of the company&rsquo;s efforts to restructure its integrated business solutions and jewelry operations departments. </p><p>The company has promoted two directors from within the organization and hired two new key managers.<br /><br />Domenick Stabile has been appointed director of customer information integration. Stabile will play an instrumental role in customer data and customer-facing technology while managing Michael C. Fina&rsquo;s external relationship with its technology partners. </p><p>Stabile returns to Michael C. Fina after spending nine years at Estee Lauder, where he managed many technology initiatives, including warehouse management and SAP implementations. </p><p>His responsibilities will increase the speed of reaction in support of the company&rsquo;s customers. In addition, his extensive technology experience will ensure Michael C. Fina remains at the forefront in orchestrating technological innovations in connection with all employee recognition programs.&nbsp; </p><p>Stabile earned a bachelor&#39;s degree and a master&#39;s degree in business administration from the New York Institute of Technology. He resides in Westbury, N.Y., with his wife and three children.<br /><br />Alice Merchant joins Michael C Fina as manager of customer implementation and support. </p><p>In this position, Merchant will be responsible for all customer implementations, program changes and operational/process improvements.&nbsp; </p><p>Prior to joining Michael C. Fina, she worked at Applied Graphics Technologies and Heartbeat Software, where she held leadership positions in account management, client support and project management.&nbsp; </p><p>Her clients included companies such as Sanofi-Aventis, Amgen, General Motors and the PGA Tour.&nbsp; </p><p>Merchant&#39;s strong analytical and project management skills, along with her proven ability to support Fortune 100 and 500 clients, make her an asset to Michael C. Fina.&nbsp; </p><p>She earned a bachelor&#39;s degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology. She is a resident of Riverdale, N.Y.</p><p>Kimberly Trezza has been promoted to director of key initiatives. In her new position, Trezza will continue to lead the rollout of new internal management systems for operations and will use her experience to help the company lead key operational and customer initiatives.&nbsp; </p><p>Trezza also will manage planning and quality control while working on her Six-Sigma Green Belt certification. </p><p>This certification will allow Michael C. Fina to create greater alignment with its large Six-Sigma customers. </p><p>Trezza joined Michael C. Fina in 1999. She earned a bachelor&#39;s degree from New York University and is a resident of New York City.<br /><br />Debra Fenton has been promoted to director of jewelry merchandising and operations, where she will assume additional management and sourcing responsibilities and will continue to lead Michael C. Fina&rsquo;s recognition jewelry merchandising efforts and jewelry operation functions. </p><p>Fenton joined Michael C. Fina in 1996. She earned a bachelor&#39;s degree from Baruch College. </p><p>She resides in Old Bridge, N.J., with her husband and daughter.<br /><br />All four leaders will report to Steven M. Linn, vice president of operations.<br /><br />&ldquo;By restructuring our integrated business solutions operations and adding new personnel, we are better able to grow our business and support major customer implementations and program changes,&rdquo; Linn said. &ldquo;These changes will help drive better focus and improved performance for all key stakeholders.&rdquo; </p>
