Michael C. Fina Recertifies ISO 9001 Quality Management System for 6th Consecutive Year

<strong>New York &mdash; Feb. 20</strong><br />Michael C. Fina, an employee recognition company, announced it has successfully recertified its ISO 9001 Quality Management System for the sixth consecutive year for adhering to ISO&rsquo;s (International Organization for Standardization) quality standards. ISO is a worldwide federation of 110 national standard bodies. <br /><br />&ldquo;It is not only an honor to receive this recertification, it&rsquo;s among our top operating priorities,&rdquo; said Steve Linn, vice president of operations at Michael C. Fina. &ldquo;Our ISO Program continues to be a vital component of our customer experience delivery model. It helps us ensure a mindset of root-cause analysis and continual improvement.&rdquo; <br /><br />Michael C. Fina continually reviews its processes and performs internal audits every six months, as well as third-party surveillance audits of all 19 elements required by ISO, in order to be considered an ISO 9001 Registered Quality Management System. <br /><br />ISO 9001 is a family of ISO quality management guidelines that was developed to create a framework of internationally recognized management standards. The ISO standards are maintained by ISO and administered by accreditation and certification bodies.<br />
