New York — April 14
Michael C. Fina, a provider of employee recognition solutions, announced the appointment of Steven Linn to the post of chief operating officer (COO). Linn joined Michael C. Fina in 2007 as vice president of operations.

“Essentially from day one, Steve was performing on the level of a COO,” said Charles Fina, executive vice president at Michael C. Fina. “Steve’s leadership and focus on driving customer experience told us it was the right time to formally establish the role within our company. Steve has effectively instilled a culture of leadership and accountability within the operations organization.
