Sales Efforts Expanded by Adding Area Managers

<strong>New York &mdash; Nov. 8</strong><br />Michael C. Fina, a provider of worldwide corporate employee recognition programs, announced that it has expanded its sales team by adding four area managers to Orlando, Fla., Kansas City, Mo., Los Angeles and Phoenix markets to accommodate the increasing demand for quality employee recognition programs.<br /><br />To facilitate this expansion, Michael C. Fina has added Dan Whitley, Jeremiah O&rsquo;Connor, Douglas Christensen and Samuel Kasper to its sales team.<br /><br />&ldquo;I&rsquo;m delighted to welcome these four new additions to our sales team,&rdquo; said George Fina, president of Michael C. Fina. &ldquo;They have the experience, background and dedication that we&rsquo;re looking for as we introduce the best practices in employee recognition to corporations in these growing regions of the country.&rdquo;<br /><br />Dan Whitley, area manager, is based out of Orlando, Fla. He will be responsible for Michael C. Fina&rsquo;s sales efforts in northern Florida. Whitley has an extensive background in strategic market planning, corporate communications, sales management and new business development, as well as international business experience.<br /><br />Prior to joining Michael C. Fina, Whitley was national account manager with TelCove/Level 3 Communications Inc., an international communications company. Here he was responsible for the development of the national account sales strategy in the Southeast region. Previously, Whitley was national account manager with MCI.<br /><br />Jeremiah O&rsquo;Connor, area manager, is based out of Kansas City, Mo. He will be responsible for Michael C. Fina&rsquo;s sales efforts in the greater Kansas City, Mo., and Kansas City, Kan., areas. O&rsquo;Connor is a seasoned sales and marketing veteran and has experience in customer service, human resources and information technology.<br /><br />Prior to joining Michael C. Fina, O&rsquo;Connor was a major account representative in the HR/payroll sector of Ceridian Corporation, a business services HR outsourcing company. Previously, O&rsquo;Connor was existing major account manager with Tectura.<br /><br />Douglas Christensen, area manager, is based out of Los Angeles. He will be responsible for Michael C. Fina&rsquo;s sales efforts in Southern California. Christensen has an extensive background in sales, as well as account and sales management.<br /><br />Most recently, Christensen was a regional sales manager with Administrative Resource Options (ARO), a provider for outsourced services for corporations and professional organizations to outsource their noncore business support services. Here he was responsible for new business development, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction and client retention. Previously, he was a senior account manager with OCE Business Services, formerly Archer Management Services.<br /><br />Samuel Kasper, area manager, is based out of Phoenix. He will be responsible for Michael C. Fina&rsquo;s sales efforts in the greater Phoenix area. Kasper has a background in business management and operations.<br /><br />Prior to joining Michael C. Fina, Kasper held various director and operations processor positions at Wells Fargo, a financial services company.<br /><br />In addition to these four sales offices, Michael C. Fina now has representation in all major cities across the United States and will continue to target corporations interested in recognizing their employees in a variety of industries.<br />
