Tutorial:
The Mail Policy Settings document is new in Notes Domino 7. This policy setting document is used for setting and enforcing mail and calendaring settings and preferences on the Notes client. Essentially all of the settings and preferences that a Notes client user can configure in their Mail/Calendar preferences dialog box can be controlled by a Mail Policy Settings document.
To modify an existing Mail Policy Settings document, the user must have at least Editor access to the Domino Directory and the PolicyModifier role.
