Sunrise, Fla. — Sept. 27
Learn.com, a provider of on-demand workforce development and productivity, has announced that the company has released an updated automatic training request, approval and certification application to be used in conjunction with the LearnCenter platform.

The new application was developed using the Federal Government’s Standard Form 182 (SF-182).

“Up to now, many agencies only had the ability to use the paper-based version or a static facsimile of the SF-182, which requires staff to fill it out, print it, route it (and track it) manually for approval, make copies of it once it is approved and distribute it to key staff,” said Mike Fitzgerald, Learn.com senior vipe President of government operations. “Working in conjunction with our agency clients and leveraging our many years of experience providing the government with advanced solutions, we have developed and delivered a capability that will eliminate those processes and significantly enhance the timeliness of processing the SF-182.

”Our SF-182 also enables agencies to comply with their Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) EHRI training data reporting requirements since it captures all 26 data elements seamlessly.”

Regulatory oversight of the SF-182, both from the form itself and policy stand point, is provided by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM).
