Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. — Feb. 13
LatPro.com, the job board for Hispanic and bilingual professionals, has once again been selected as a top 30 job board in the annual WEDDLE’s User’s Choice Awards. This is the third year in a row that LatPro has earned this recognition as one of the elite of the online employment industry.

Peter Weddle started the award five years ago to recognize “all stars” in the job-board community — the handful of sites that deliver outstanding service and results. This year’s award was determined by more than 55,000 online votes from users who regularly use online employment sites.

“I am happy to congratulate LatPro on winning its third WEDDLE’s User’s Choice Award,” said Weddle, CEO of WEDDLE’s, a research and publishing company. "When job seekers, employers and recruiters take the time to vote for a job board three years in a row, you know it is doing something right. These visitors are looking for quality, value and service, and LatPro is clearly delivering exactly that.”

Among the 2008 winners, LatPro is the only diversity job board represented and the only site on the list dedicated to Hispanic candidates.

"Bringing home this award for the third time is truly a validation of our company-wide dedication to a superior user experience,” said LatPro founder and President Eric Shannon. “It has always been our goal to provide a consistently rich, efficient and effective service for both job seekers and employers. This win supports our reputation as the top job board for Hispanic and bilingual professionals and as a leader in the online employment industry.”
