<p><strong>Minneapolis &mdash; Sept. 18 </strong><br />Knowledge Infusion, a consulting authority on human resource and talent management technology solutions that drive human capital management business value, has added Elaine Orler to its team of consultants. </p><p>Orler joins as vice president of talent acquisition management, with a focus on helping organizations realize the true business impact that can be achieved through the strategic use of talent acquisition management technologies as part of an overarching talent management strategy.<br /><br />As a recognized thought leader, Orler has spent the last 15 years in the recruiting industry working with world-class organizations. </p><p>She gives clients a deep understanding of the people, process and technology aspects surrounding talent acquisition management and the importance of viewing talent acquisition as a critical piece of the overall talent management process. </p><p>As a recent study by IHRIM and Knowledge Infusion indicates, access to outside qualified candidates continues to decline, and organizations are beginning to blend internal and external talent resources when addressing staffing decisions. </p><p>This shift makes the linkage between recruiting and overall talent management critical.<br /><br />”Elaine has a level of knowledge, passion and expertise in the talent acquisition space that cannot be found anywhere else,” said Jason Averbook, Knowledge Infusion chief executive officer. “As we look at where the market is heading, many organizations are on their second or third applicant-tracking solution and need to get the tie-ins to talent management and the impact on the business right. Elaine brings that experience to the table and will help clients be successful.”<br /><br />Prior to Knowledge Infusion, Orler was practice manager at The Newman Group, a Futurestep company, where she led and managed consulting engagements for Fortune 500 clients. </p><p>Here, she focused on redefining global acquisition business processes, optimizing recruiting operating models for competitive business advantage, and identifying and implementing talent acquisition solutions and systems. </p><p>Before that, she was a senior partner at the Talent Market Group, where she defined and executed the vision for the talent management consulting practice. </p><p>Orler also held consulting roles with Watson Wyatt Worldwide and managed staffing infrastructure, technology and recruiting processes at Gateway Computers and QUALCOMM. </p><p>”Knowledge Infusion is a different type of consulting organization that is truly helping HR break down silos and become a strategic driver of the business,” Orler said. “I am thrilled to be a part of the change that they are making in the industry and look forward to making a difference with our clients.”</p>
