Intrepid Learning Solutions Names President & CEO
<strong>Seattle — Sept. 21</strong><br />Intrepid Learning Solutions, a provider of learning and performance solutions, has announced that Vikesh Mahendroo will join the company as president and CEO, effective Oct. 1.<br /><br />Mahendroo comes to Intrepid from a distinguished career at Mercer Human Resource Consulting.<br />He has been one of Mercer’s most senior partners, serving as executive vice president<br />of global accounts and a member of the firm’s Global Operating Committee. <br /><br />Mahendroo brings to Intrepid extensive experience growing and running a world-class professional services organization, global expertise and a deep understanding of human resource and talent management issues.<br /><br />Mahendroo served at Mercer for 23 years in positions of increasing responsibility. He holds an MBA from Columbia University along with a bachelor's degree and master’s degrees from the University of Delhi.<br /><br />“I am delighted to be joining the Intrepid team, and to support the team’s industry-leading track record of delivering client value and developing enthusiastic client relationships,” Mahendroo said. “Intrepid has an incredibly solid foundation, and we have tremendous growth<br />prospects within one of the fastest growing segments in the talent management space.”<br /><br />Mahendroo and his family are relocating to Intrepid headquarters in Seattle. <br /><br />This announcement builds on recent momentum in the marketplace for Intrepid. Earlier this<br />month, Intrepid was recognized as the 3rd fastest business services company in the United States by Inc. Magazine, and in July, it signed a multi-year contract to provide global learning services to a Fortune 150 client.<br /><br />“We have found a world-class professional services leader in Vikesh Mahendroo,” said Jack<br />Creighton, chairman of the Intrepid board of directors. “Intrepid’s clients and the learning<br />industry will benefit greatly from Vikesh’s experience and vision.”<br /><br />Chris Hedrick, Intrepid’s departing president and CEO, announced his intent in April to retire from Intrepid to become the Peace Corps Country Director in Senegal, West Africa. <br />Hedrick will continue to serve Intrepid as a member of its advisory board.
