IntraLearn Software Helping School District Increase

<p><strong>Northboro, Mass. &mdash; June 28</strong><br />IntraLearn Software Corp. has announced that the Prairie-Hill School District 144 of Cook County, Ill., has implemented its LearningServer for .NET e-learning software.&nbsp; </p><p>The solution provides the district&#39;s staff, as well as seventh- and eighth-grade students, with self-paced, customized skills training to increase their technological proficiency.<br /><br />&quot;It was important for us to be able to easily design individual training plans that meet the needs of each learner based on an initial assessment,&quot; said Wale Ade, Prairie-Hill director of information technology. &quot;LearningServer not only allows us to meet our immediate<br />needs but will enable us to add new features and functionality on-demand to keep our students and staff ahead of the technology curve.&quot;<br /><br />Prairie-Hill School District 144 is in the south suburbs of<br />Chicago, and it serves more than 3,000 K-8 students in eight schools. </p><p>With more than 100 online courses and 1,000 students a year planned, it is important that individuals can go through modules at their own pace and have instant access to the training from any location with an Internet<br />connection. &nbsp;<br /><br />&quot;Our objective of building commodity-driven e-learning software continues to empower individuals who seek educational opportunities which increase their contribution to society,&quot; said Jerry Goguen, IntraLearn Software<br /> Corp.
