Independent Study Recognizes TEDS’ Powerful Competency Management Capability and Integrated Platform
<strong>Atkins, Va. — Feb. 21<br /></strong>TEDS Inc., a provider of fully<strong> </strong>integrated enterprise-wide talent management solutions, has been awarded the highest possible rating for its talent management system's product strength and breadth in the new Bersin & Associates research study, “Talent Management Suites: Market Realities, Implementation Experiences, and Vendor Profiles.” The four-star product strength rating resulted from research conducted over 12 months, including more than 50 in-depth interviews with HR and talent management leaders and vendors' customer references.<br /><br />TEDS also received the highest comprehensive rating for product functionalities, including competency management, performance management, learning management, career and succession management, process and workflow management and process integration, among others.<br /><br />TEDS' strong capabilities in competency management, support for strategic sourcing and single-platform approach also were highlighted in the study's vendor analysis narrative. "TEDS' single platform design provides inherent integration of profile and workflow management across all modules and processes," the report stated.<br /><br />The study also recognized TEDS' systematic design for the integration and management of roles, tasks and competencies as a core foundation of talent management and notes that this capability originally came from TEDS' response to customer needs to solve enterprise-wide compliance related challenges. Many TEDS customers operate in highly regulated industries.<br /><br />TEDS was one of only 20 vendors included in the report out of more than 250 vendors promoting their products as talent management solutions.<br />
