ILX Group Launches Enhanced ‘Train for Change’ Initiative
ILX Group plc, a best-practice training specialist, announced it has launched an enhanced version of its popular Train for Change program in response to worsening economic conditions in the U.K. The course enables employers to provide flexible and accessible PRINCE2 and ITIL retraining opportunities to staff facing redundancy.
The ILX Train for Change initiative is designed to rapidly equip employees with the project and IT service management skills and qualifications necessary to find other positions, either within or outside their organization. PRINCE2 and ITIL are the most sought-after project and IT service management training products available on the market. As an illustration of this, approximately 60 percent of all project management jobs in the U.K. now require PRINCE2 qualifications.
