iCIMS: 9th-Best Midsized Company to Work for
<p><strong>Hazlet, N.J. — May 11</strong><br />iCIMS, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider, has been ranked ninth among the state’s top 10 medium-sized companies to work for through <em>NJBIZ </em>magazine’s “Best Places to Work in New Jersey” awards program. </p><p>iCIMS’ achievement will be recognized in the magazine’s May 2007 issue.<br /><br />The award program was designed by <em>NJBIZ </em>to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in New Jersey, benefiting the state's economy, its workforce and businesses. </p><p>Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the 50 best places to work in New Jersey. </p><p>iCIMS was honored with a ninth-place ranking within the medium-sized category for companies with 25 to 249 employees. </p><p>iCIMS was acknowledged for a commitment to its employees at an awards ceremony April 26 at the Hilton Hotel in East Brunswick, N.J. <br /><br />Maintaining its ninth-place ranking for the second year in a row, iCIMS solidified its presence among the best places of employment in New Jersey through its dedication to employee growth and quality of life. </p><p>“This award is truly an honor to accept,” said Colin Day, iCIMS president and CEO. “While iCIMS has grown rapidly over the past several years, we have remained committed to fostering a positive, supportive environment in which all employees feel valued and respected, and this award is a great validation of that commitment.</p><p>“It is through the direct efforts of iCIMS’ highly motivated and committed team that we are able to support our world-class client base and maintain the industry’s highest satisfaction rates.”<br /><br />Separating iCIMS from the rest of the entries is the company’s iCARE initiative, a program that empowers employees to support environmental causes. </p><p>Through partnerships with 3 Phases Energy Services and Earth Share of New Jersey, iCIMS enables employees to donate their time, talent or treasure to environmental programs. </p><p>Taking the initiative to new heights, iCIMS gives employees two days off per year for environmental volunteerism.<br /><br />iCIMS’ recent recognition stems not only from the company’s commitment to its employees but from the employee satisfaction levels within the organization. </p><p>In a recent survey, iCIMS’ employees scored the company a near-perfect 9.9 out of 10 for job satisfaction. </p><p>“At iCIMS, employees recognize their opportunities for advancement, have pride in what they do and genuinely respect and enjoy their colleagues," said John Teehan, iCIMS human resources manager. “A great workplace comes from great relationships, and the continued and heightened employee morale is the true reward for all.” </p>
