IBM Releases New Tivoli Certifications
IBM Tivoli Software has created three new Advanced Deployment Professional certifications, each covering an entire area of IBM Tivoli Software. The three certifications replace the Tivoli Certified Enterprise Consultant certification as IBM integrates the Tivoli certifications with its IBM certifications. The three IBM Certified Advanced Deployment Professional certifications, covering enterprise management, storage management and security management, are the most advanced certifications IBM has ever provided to IT professionals working with IBM Tivoli Software solutions.
The new certifications are:
- IBM Certified Advanced Deployment Professional – Tivoli Enterprise Management Solutions 2003
- IBM Certified Advanced Deployment Professional – Tivoli Storage Management Solutions 2003
- IBM Certified Advanced Deployment Professional – Tivoli Security Management Solutions 2003
Each of the three certifications requires a depth and breadth of expertise in an entire area of IBM Tivoli Software, including knowledge of industry and product-specific skills and knowledge. The certifications will not expire, but currency will be indicated by the year in the certification’s title. New requirements for the certifications will be announced at the beginning of each year.
