Human Capital Institute Announces New Tour

<p><strong>Washington, D.C. &mdash; June 28</strong><br />The Human Capital Institute (HCI), a global professional association and educator in talent management strategies, has announced the latest addition to its signature Innovation Tours, an ongoing series of talent management learning and networking events held in major metropolitan areas throughout the United States and Canada. </p><p>The new program, sponsored by The RightThing, an end-to-end provider of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), is called &quot;Top Notch Recruitment Strategy: Design, Brand, Build.&quot;<br /><br />The tour will launch July 17 in Atlanta and will travel to Philadelphia later this year. </p><p>Today&#39;s global knowledge economy demands that an organization recruit the best talent, yet environmental factors present complex issues and choices. </p><p>Strategic-level recruitment professionals face myriad issues, including (but not limited to) the shortage of qualified talent, generational differences, accelerating changes in technology and new sourcing tools.&nbsp; </p><p>This seminar provides insight that can help organizations in their efforts to develop a recruitment strategy.<br /><br />A thought leader panel, moderated by HCI Vice President of Communities Bill Craib, will explore trends and share successful approaches to designing a recruitment strategy, talent pooling, building an employment brand to attract a multigenerational workforce, RPO and technology innovations.<br /><br />Program presenters represent a mix of practitioners and industry thought leaders.&nbsp; </p><p>Terry Terhark, The RightThing president; Brett Gerard, TPI RPO advisory leader; Phil Haynes, Wachovia Corp. talent acquisition strategy manager; and Glen Johnson, Siemens Shared Services LLC director of recruiting and staffing services will contribute their unique perspectives.<br /><br />&quot;A solid recruitment strategy is the foundation for successful recruitment results, and the right mix of approaches and practices is key to success,&quot; said Allan Schweyer, HCI president and executive director. &quot;The Human Capital Institute is pleased to offer this important seminar to the Atlanta business community in conjunction with The RightThing.&quot;<br /><br />&quot;Top Notch Recruitment Strategy&quot; events are free to HCI professional members and guests.</p>
