HRsmart Brazil Experiences Record Growth in 2007
<p><strong>Richardson, Texas — Sept. 20</strong><br />HRsmart, a provider of integrated talent management technology solutions, announces record growth at its Brazilian subsidiary, HRsmart Brazil, with a 68 percent growth in revenues over the same period in 2007. </p><p>Executives in Brazil attribute the growth to HRsmart’s ability to tailor the solution to market needs, the application’s reliability, local premium support and growth in the average revenue per customer.<br /><br />HRsmart launched operations in Brazil in 2001 and has seen steady growth since its inception. </p><p>The company has established a reputation in Latin America as a premium supplier of applicant tracking solutions and acts as a service hub for the region. </p><p>Notable clients that have signed on this year include Abril Group, a large communications group in Latin America, Softek and EPD Goodyear, both IT outsourcing organizations, and Grupo Foco, a recruitment outsourcing firm. <br /><br />“Our success in the Latin American market is largely due to our ability to adapt the HRsmart solutions to suit the unique recruiting needs of companies in the region,” said Ricardo Dallalana, HRsmart Brazil president. “Many North American providers come to Brazil with ‘out-of-the-box’ solutions which are not adopted here.
