<p><b>Chicago &mdash; Feb. 16 </b><br/>HR Solutions Inc., a Chicago-based management consulting firm specializing in employee and customer satisfaction Surveys, has announced the 2006 Employee Opinion Survey Award Winners. </p><p>This award recognizes the top organizations in which employees rated the highest job satisfaction scores among 2006 Employee Opinion survey participants. </p><p>The winners are as follows:<br/></p><ul><li><b>Highest Overall Job Satisfaction Score</b></li><ul><li>Corning Museum of Glass, Corning, N.Y:<br/>89.6 percent favorable<br/></li></ul></ul><ul><li><b>Second-Highest Overall Job Satisfaction Score</b></li><ul><li>CGH Medical Center, Sterling, Ill.:<br/>89.1 percent favorable<br/></li></ul></ul><ul><li><b>Third-Highest Overall Job Satisfaction Score</b></li><ul><li>Tift Regional Medical Center, Tifton, Ga.:<br/>88.8 percent favorable<br/></li></ul></ul><p>In addition, HR Solutions also extends congratulations to the organizations that improved the most from their previous employee opinion survey.<br/></p><ul><li><b>Most Improved Overall Job Satisfaction</b></li><ul><li>Sennheiser Electronic Corp., Old Lyme, Conn.: 45.3 percent change<br/></li></ul></ul><ul><li><b>Second-Most Improved Overall Job Satisfaction</b></li><ul><li>Partners Home Care, Waltham, Mass.:<br/>20.6 percent change<br/></li></ul></ul><ul><li><b>Third-Most Improved Overall Job Satisfaction</b></li><ul><li>City Furniture, Tamarac, Fla.:<br/>13.6 percent change<br/></li></ul></ul><p>The Employee Opinion Survey Award is developed and delivered by HR Solutions Inc.&nbsp; All Employee Opinion Survey clients from Dec. 15, 2005, to Dec. 15, 2006, were eligible for the 2006 Employee Opinion Survey Awards.&nbsp; </p><p>Clients have no influence over the selection process.</p>
